I've enjoyed reading your writings...made me homesick. I grew up in Hardscratch and have so many great memories in your store. I sit and wonder what the Aaron Bros would say if you had told them 50 years from now there would be a website telling the history of Hardscratch...LOL...and showing the world pictures of our little town. Not only was it a place to get some of my favorite candy...but it was a great gather place for all our friends to meet and go trick or treating...i almost hung myself running in the dark and ran into a clothes line behind the store racing to be the first one to one of the houses behind the store...LOLOL...ohhhhhhh the memories... You need to write a book...I'm sure you have probably heard enough stories to do just that...keep up the good work!! We're hoping to get down soon to enjoy some more of your yummy fish. God Bless!
